Location within steps of the New Street train stating was perfect. Room was bigger than expected. Both the room and the bath/shower were very clean. The included full English breakfast buffet was excellent. All of the staff, from the front desk to the breakfast room, were welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. Well done!

Rooms were great, clean, comfortable, roomy. Location was great and not so great at the same time. Great for our destination of the O2 Academy. Breakfast was the same - great and not so great, excellent, tasty and lots to choose from

Room very clean and comfortable. All staff I met were friendly and helpful. Although the hotel was quite busy I was not aware of background noise and slept well. Good view of the city from my window. Nice powerful shower. Breakfasts were amazing - fresh and everything clean and tidy. The one room service meal I had was delicious and promptly served. Location is perfect for central shops and rail station. Reception staff extremely helpful when I had to unexpectedly stay another night due to a Megabus travel failure (another story but please don’t ever book with them!!).

The Hotel was conveniently located as I was going to a concert in the City Centre which finished late. Being on the 8th floor, the view was fantastic both in the day and at night. The room was clean and bright but the best feature for me, was the ‘Desk’. As I travel with my laptop and use it a lot, I hate the little coffee table that most rooms provide. This room actually had a great set-up of which, the desk was used a lot. I slept well on the comfortable bed and the bathroom was adequate for a single traveller although, the shower didn’t work all that well but, at least it was clean. It also had the small coffee bar and fridge for my bottle of wine. Breakfast was a self service all you can eat with everything from cereal and toast to the full English, of which I had everything and thoroughly enjoyed. From the moment I walked into the reception area to booking out, the Hotel staff were very helpful and professional so I would recommend this Hotel within the budget range of which it is marketed at.

Usual options for breakfast. All presented well. Some of the ‘hot’ food was not very warm, but most was fine. Staff were very welcoming, and showed us where everything was on the first day. Room was good, spacious, with a modern bathroom and a great shower. A good hairdryer, but strange that there is not a mirror near a power point! Location was good for what we needed. Very central, near the railway station, shopping centre, and a half hour walk from Edgbaston cricket ground.

The room was big and spacious. Check in staff was friendly. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel on our last day. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was excellent, near the train station and bull ring. Lots of dining options.

Breakfast was really good. Room comfy and big enough for one person. Very comfortable bed. I would come back if I need to stay in Birmingham.

The room was fantastic and the bed was huge! & very comfy! The best breakfast I've had in a hotel. The staff were all welcoming and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, the staff was incredibly helpful. We turned up to the hotel around 11am and did not expect a room to be ready and for them to be able to check us in there and then. The hotel bed was the best I had for the price, the pressure of the shower was good too. The staff was incredibly helpful over breakfast and was meeting and greeting all guest with a smile. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would 100% come back.

Great lobby seating and social spaces Good friendly bar space and seating Good cafe / restaurant provisions that were available to a good reasonable time with good variety of choices Breakfast was unexpectedly great quality with variety served by great customer focussed staff . location is a busy part of the city and liked the provision of really good, efficient and friendly door security staff ensuring client safety and confidence
